Joshua Hughes

Joshua Hughes is a Senior Director for Greystar Property Management and oversees operations on all Greystar-owned assets in seven major markets in the East region from Boston to South Florida. His portfolio includes over 19,000 units across numerous lease-ups, A-Class stabilized assets and value-add properties. Additionally, Joshua is adept in the leadership and execution of due diligence activities. As a leader, Joshua’s talents also extend to workforce management, where his strengths in operations training have led to increased occupancies and net operating income across his portfolio, as well as fostering the growth of associate professional development. Joshua joined the Greystar team in 2014 as part of the Riverstone acquisition. Prior to working exclusively on Greystar owned assets, he oversaw a portfolio of over 4,000 units across 30 properties in the DC area, including key institutional clients such as Federal Realty Investment Trust and CBREI. Joshua earned dual bachelor's degrees from Syracuse University in Public Relations and Psychology.
