Joshua specializes in the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles Industrial Market as well as Investment Sales Nationwide. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Joshua spent 5 years with NAI Capital’s Encino Office where he transacted over $100M in his first 4 years in the business. . Before beginning his career in Real Estate, Joshua played professional basketball overseas. He developed his analytical skills and commercial real estate acumen while working with his father who has been in the business 35+ years and serves as his mentor.
