Josh Bonwell is a Senior Vice President for CBRE, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in Southern California. Josh represents owners, as well as public and private companies offering a wide range of services, consultation and strategic solutions for all of their real estate needs. Josh is in a partnership at CBRE with Rick McGeagh and Trent Peterson. This team has been assembled to provide their industrial real estate clients with the highest level of service and expertise. Collectively, they have completed over 1,700 transactions on over 90 million square feet of property valued in excess of 4.6 billion dollars. Josh began his career with CBRE in 2001 after graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
