Joshua Birns

Josh Birns is a Director of Leasing for Urban Edge Properties and is responsible for the leasing of retail and office properties totaling over 2 million square feet in the greater New York area as well as Specialty Leasing throughout Urban Edge Properties portfolio. Prior to joining Urban Edge Properties, Mr. Birns worked for Olshan Properties and DLC Management as a leasing representative for power centers, regional centers and community centers throughout the company’s retail portfolio. Mr. Birns also worked for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) where he contributed to repositioning Class A office assets.
