Josh Wrobel

As Quarterback of JLL’s Los Angeles Agency team, Josh Wrobel blends his marketing-oriented, creative, and entrepreneurial approach to leasing with his finance and legal-based background to provide a unique perspective on leasing and marketing strategies. Recognized as one of the most proficient lease document experts in the industry, Mr. Wrobel started his career as a real estate attorney focusing on acquisitions and leasing transactions. He combines his legal background as a former real estate attorney at Paul Hastings with his experience on the landlord/, developer, and ownership side of the business with his history of working with and representing major national tenants to provide his clients with a comprehensive real estate perspective. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Josh served as Vice President at MPG Office Trust for 12 years with development, leasing, and marketing responsibilities for MPG’s over 10 million square foot Los Angeles basin portfolio. In addition, Josh has been involved with major build-to-suit transactions for Western Asset Management and the development and lease-up of the Electronic Arts Campus at Playa Vista.
