Josh Wolfort

Josh, native to Atlanta, attended Woodward Academy, before graduating from the University of Alabama with a BA in Management and Marketing. He graduated from Georgia State University in 2016 with a Master degree in Real Estate. After joining Cone Middour Porters, Josh focused on tenant and landlord representation, predominantly within the office and retail sectors. His main concern is understanding his client’s strategic objectives and requirements, and approaching it with diligence, passion, and transparency. Josh brought his talents to the Cone Commercial Real Estate team following the transition. Josh is a member of the Shepherd Center Junior Committee, as well as the LifeLine Animal Project.
