Josh Wolfort

Josh, native to Atlanta, attended Woodward Academy, before graduating the University of Alabama with a BA in Management and Marketing. He graduated Georgia State University with a Masters in real estate. Since joining Cone Middour Partners, Josh focuses on tenant and landlord representation, predominantly within the office and retail sectors. His main concern is understanding his client’s strategic objectives and requirements, and approaching it with diligence, passion, and transparency. Josh brought his talents to the Cone Commercial Real Estate team following the transition. Josh is a member of the Shepard Center junior committee, as well as involved in the Lifeline animal project.
