Josh Weiner

Both a leader and a team player, Josh brings local roots and a broad network to his role as a partner at KLNB. Hailing from St. Mary’s County and specializing in pad sites and land deals, Josh is known for his energized approach to helping clients locate sites for their next projects, navigate purchases, and develop assets. With 15 years of retail experience and strong relationships throughout the DMV, Josh has advised local and institutional landlords as well as a variety of regional and national tenants expanding in the Mid-Atlantic. Before joining KLNB in 2014, Josh developed his retail acumen at Renaud Consulting and Thur & Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from East Carolina University.
