A few things that separate myself from other commercial brokers are as follows: -Responsiveness. I like to hold myself accountable to responding to my clients in a timely manner. If I am in a meeting, I will let you know and will reach out the minute the meeting is over. -Availability. I am available by all means of communication during the day and night. Weekends and Holidays too! If I am on vacation, I make it a point to let my clients know and set aside time each day to respond and follow up with all of my clients. -Communication. I like to over communicate with my clients as much as they would like. Would you like me to let you know everyday if there are any new available opportunities? No problem! I will even reach out when there are none just to keep you informed. -Analysis. Since I work closely with Syndication groups I have access to their analysis programs in order to help us analyze particular opportunities. I also perform a Full Underwriting Report and Sub Market Report for each opportunity to help us analyze and predict future growth of the property. (I can go over this in more detail if you wish.) -Large Network of Brokers. Since I have truly made Multi Family my specialization, I have been able to grow my network of other likeminded brokers. I have also learned how to expand this network from one geography to another. This means I have been able to receive and analyze some opportunities before they have even hit the market!
