Josh Reneau

Josh Reneau is a San Antonio native with experience as a Retail Specialist working on a variety of assignments including: Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, and Surplus Property Disposition. Josh has vast experience working with a wide variety of clients from REITs to local partnership groups on project leasing, as well as tenant representation for national and regional credit tenants small and large. This experience combined with Josh’s background in the restaurant industry provide him a solid platform of knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate business. Josh began his career at United Commercial Realty (UCR) under the direction and leadership of then partner, Nick Altomare. Today Reneau and Altomare continue to work together to establish Endura Advisory Group as a leader in the retail services platform.
