A Cincinnati native, Josh began his career at CBRE as an information analyst, and quickly transitioned to an industrial sales/leasing broker. At CBRE, Josh won numerous accolades for performance, including the CBRE company-wide rookie of the year, and he was a consistent top producer. Josh graduated from Miami University where he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees– one in finance and one in IT.
