Before joining Colliers | Wisconsin in 2017, Josh owned his own boutique real estate firm, Alpine Commercial and prior to that worked at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. for seven years. Josh specializes in retail leasing and disposition helping buyers/tenants and tenants/landlords reach their real estate goals. He focuses on tenant representation, site selection analysis, multi-store rollouts, shopping center leasing, and ground-up development. In addition, Josh offers consulting services, helping clients work with other third-party vendors. As a Wisconsin native, Josh understands trends specific to the area.
