Prior to joining Colliers Idaho as an Industrial Brokerage Specialist, Josh McFadyen was previously a Senior Vice President with Colliers International in the San Diego Region. He has over 26 years of experience in leasing and sales of industrial and office properties in multiple states and submarkets resulting in over 2,500 transactions. Josh works with property owners, brokers, tenants, and buyers to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome by using his multifaceted experience to make all parties involved in a transaction feel like partners in the process.
