Josh successfully owned and operated a brokerage business for the last 33 years and negotiated sales contracts, new leases and redeveloped shopping centers as a partner. He had acquired over 300 freestanding retail and industrial properties nationwide. He redeveloped a vacant 250,000 square foot shopping center in Harrisburg, PA and built a new Giant Foods Superstore. He represented the owners and liquidated two Dillard's stores in Waco and Midland, Texas. He represented a client and leased 100,000 sf warehouses in Allentown, PA, Savannah, GA, Houston, TX and Fontana, CA. In the last two years, Josh has either leased or sold properties in Edison, Denville, Ridgefield Park, Fairview, Linden, Ridgewood, Fair Lawn, Paramus, Belleville, Augusta, Emerson, Sayreville, Roxbury, East Orange, Wayne, and Ramsey. He is currently the exclusive broker for the Denville Commons shopping center in Denville, New Jersey. He works with many national and local tenants.
