Josh Kanter

Josh Kanter is a Managing Director, Investments with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Josh joined the NNN Pro Group in 2013 as an intern before being hired to a full-time position in 2014. Josh represents developers, 1031 exchange buyers, franchisees/franchisors, and individuals with their real estate investments. He works on transactions throughout the country, however, he has a specific focus in New England where he is one of the top brokers in the region. Josh quickly emerged as a top-performing broker and was awarded with Marcus & Millichap’s Shooting Star Award in 2017. Throughout Josh’s brokerage career, he has sold more than 325 properties worth over $1.5 billion in transaction volume. Josh graduated from Franklin & Marshall college with a bachelor’s degree in Governmental Studies and was an All-American lacrosse player. Josh lives in Boston, MA with his wife, puppy, and in his spare time enjoys golfing and being on the water.
