Josh Ein stands as Senior Vice President and Director at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. Josh specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net lease retail, representing 1031 exchange buyers, private investors, family offices, national and local developers, and institutional owners. Josh’s expertise in executing the sales of portfolio and single assets throughout the country has allowed him to complete more than 200 investment sale transactions valued at over $1 billion. Prior to Matthews™, Josh worked for Marcus & Millichap for nearly 12 years in Washington D.C. Most of his activity took place with assets located in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. Notable transactions include The Watergate Retail Condo in Washington D.C., 24 Hour Fitness in Falls Church, VA, Safeway in Silver Spring, MD, and Harris Teeter in Germantown, MD. Josh won the National Achievement Award in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
