Josh Bryan

With a career in real estate that began in 2007, Josh Bryan, approaches every day in the industry as a new adventure, viewing it not as a mere "job" but as an opportunity to assist clients, partners, and investors in achieving their objectives. Josh has worked with both regional and institutional developers such as Toll Brothers, JPI, Lennar, and Highpark Capital, while representing many private and family ownership groups in the sale of land throughout Dallas Fort Worth for a total sales consideration North of $200 million. He has assisted in amassing site portfolios for one of the premier build-to-rent developers in the US, Nexmetro Communities; closing over a dozen land acquisitions with their group in both DFW and Austin, being on the forefront of their Texas rollout in 2014. Additionally, with the collaberation of other development specialists, Mr. Bryan has been able to to maximize value across various densities on behalf of his clients by implementing land planning programs that drive development. His objective is to collaborate with clients as partners in order to close on transactions that pay homage to family and legacy while collaborating with cities and land planning consultants to bring about thriving quality development. Drawing on his expertise in ownership, development, investment, and brokerage, he has cultivated a tenacious work ethic that drives him to move forward and solve problems in any situation. Josh recognizes that every deal is unique and believes that creative and strategic thinking is crucial to achieving the desired outcomes. His business philosophy centers around serving, educating, and guiding clients through each real estate transaction. In his free time Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Christy, and their son, Liam, traveling to Colorado and Mexico; enjoying restaurants, beach and mountain time, and seeing his Horned Frogs playing on Saturdays.
