Josh Berg

Josh Berg joined Newmark in 2014 and currently serves as a Director in the firm’s New York headquarters. Berg specializes in corporate tenant representation, including relocation, expansion, disposition and lease re-negotiations. His client roster includes private equity, hedge funds, venture capital and technology firms throughout New York City. Berg was named one of Newmark’s Rising Stars two years in a row, in 2019 and 2020. He was also recognized as one of the real estate industry’s Rising Stars by Real Estate Weekly in 2018.
