Josh Adams comes from an initial 10-year career in consulting and decision analytics for large high-value fleets followed by multiple years in investment analytics and commercial real estate brokerage. A co-founder of Trade Properties, Adams applies a combination of insightful in-depth analysis and creative project execution experience to create effective deliverables and to build intuitive systems that operate as the backbone of the Trade Properties platform. His extensive experience in client engagement, project management, and data analytics are integral to his role managing the many complexities presented in commercial brokerage and execution of the firm’s marketing and client engagement strategies.
