Joseph Zorc

Joseph G. Zorc has over 25 years combined experience in commercial and residential construction, property management, development and real estate brokerage in the Washington DC area. With 25 years as a real estate agent, Joseph is consistently ranked in the top 1% internationally for Coldwell Banker Realty. In addition to being a Realtor, Joseph was the Development Manager and the Director of Sales for LOT 33 Condominium in Adams Morgan in Washington, D.C. Lot 33 is a 22 unit ground up luxury condominium project. Through Zorc Development, LLC Joseph was the developer of a 44 unit condominium conversion at 4840 MacArthur Blvd., in NW Washington DC.As Managing Member of Zorc Development, LLC, Joseph has been a general contractor and has built custom homes in DC, MD & VA in the $1m to $3m range. In 1989 Joseph co-founded Hand's on Housing at Holy Trinity Church. Mr. Zorc earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in 1984.
