Joseph J. Sarno, Jr. joined CBRE’s East Brunswick office in 2011 as an Executive Vice President. He specializes in consulting and transaction services for corporate accounts, office occupier representation and strategic investor agency assignments. Mr. Sarno has more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience in the Tri-State area representing some of the most prestigious occupier clients—both locally and nationally including: ADP with more than 100 transactions, AIG with more than 50 transactions, BlackRock, and Prudential. From 2012 to 2015, Mr. Sarno has consecutively received Real Estate Forum’s Top New Jersey Broker Award—citing more than 100 transactions closed annually with an aggregate value in excess of $200 million. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Sarno served as an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield, and was a shareholder of the firm.
