Joseph Qonja

Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Joe Qonja has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. Shortly after graduating from Oakland University with a bachelors degree in Finance, Joe began his career at Lormax Stern Development, only leaving there to work for Ramco-Gershenson as a leasing agent for many neighborhood & power centers all across the state of Michigan. Over the years, Joe has worked with many local, regional, & national retailers in the negotiation & site selection to meet his client’s needs. Joe also has a passion for golf and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
