Joseph Muffler
Joe Muffler serves as Senior Managing Director of Development for Mill Creek Residential, Mid-Atlantic. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and eventual disposition for Mill Creek Mid-Atlantic communities. Mr. Muffler joined Mill Creek as an Associate in 2013, and prior to his role in Development, was responsible for developing company-wide research, portfolio allocation, and investor relation strategies. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Muffler served as Director of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast divisions of Bisnow Media, Inc. He began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle, as an Analyst on the Washington, D.C. Investment Sales team, participating in approximately $1.0 billion in asset transactions.
