Joseph McCormick

Joe McCormick specializes in representation of office tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. He assists clients in acquisition of new space, disposition of existing space, lease renewals and re-negotiations, lease analysis and lease auditing. He works closely with each client to understand their requirements and find the best options based on needs and market conditions. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2017, Joe was Vice President at HBW Group, where he represented both landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. He also previously worked at Transwestern from 2006 to 2013. Some of his clients have included: Foulger-Pratt, Exchange Joint Venture, Jeff-Park Associates, RNSolutions, Abengoa Solar, Plumsea Law Group and Financial Balance Group.
