Joseph Komitor

Joe joined Lee and Associates in March of 2021 full time as an associate. He developed an interest in real estate during a judicial internship at the Richmond County Supreme Court where he was tasked with finding potential sites for government affiliated projects in New York City. Joe serves as a Vice President within the Industrial and Logistics division. In his current role, he assists with private and institutional agency leasing, site selection, tenant representation, and the acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate for clients throughout the Northeast with a primary focus in New Jersey. During his tenure at Lee & Associates, Joe has been involved in over 5 million square feet of transactions. He is currently pursuing a CCIM designation.
