Joseph Koicim

Joe Koicim is a top-producing multifamily and mixed-use broker in IPA’s Manhattan office. He focuses on bringing new capital and investment into both established and emerging New York markets. Joe joined the firm in 2004 from Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney, where he successfully launched a digital technology venture. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School.
