Joseph Keenan
Joseph J. Keenan, III, CCIM, joined Palmetto Commercial Properties in 2003. Joe brings 15 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage to the firm and specializes in the representation of both Landlords and Tenants in the Tri County office sector. Joe is a Charleston native and works alongside his father, founding partner Joseph “Jay” Keenan. Together they are currently involved in two downtown developments in the office and hospitality industries. Prior to joining Palmetto Commercial Properties, Joe worked at Southeastern Realty Group as a commercial real estate broker. Through his years in the industry, he has gained extensive knowledge of all facets of commercial real estate including investment, retail, consulting and development. He holds the distinguished CCIM designation and has been actively involved with the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR). Joe previously held a seat on the CTAR executive board of directors and was the 2012 President of the Commercial Investment Division of Charleston (CID). Additionally in 2012 he was the recognized for outstanding leadership and service with the CID Leadership Award.
