Joseph Grosso

Always intrigued with buildings, Joseph Grosso began his real estate career renting apartments on the Upper West Side while in college. After working as a union electrician in the New York area for 10 years, he returned to the world of residential real estate as a sales specialist who sells and rents co-ops and condominiums throughout Manhattan. Joseph and his partner, Aleksey Gavrilov, also have experience collaborating with developers in Astoria and Long Island City, Queens, where they have sold multiple developments. Together as the Gavrilov Grosso Group, they make a powerful partnership and are sought after as a knowledgeable, reliable go-to real estate resource. By staying on top of the market Joseph can identify opportunity and create value for every one of his clients. He is expert at the art of negotiation and thinks freely to navigate deals and bring them to close. He has successfully managed multiple units and offers at a time and helped streamline the intricate details of transactions involving many foreign buyers. Originally from Westchester, Joseph currently lives in Astoria, Queens. When he is not busy making deals and pleasing clients, he most enjoys time with family and friends, exploring NYC's diverse food culture.
