Joseph Fleischmann

From mentoring new brokers to supporting tenants in all phases of expansion, Joe brings leadership and dedication to his role as a principal at KLNB. He boasts a wide range of experience representing national tenants and large-format developments throughout the eastern seaboard. Brokerage experience includes regional expansion of numerous retailers including Grocery Outlet, Core Power Yoga, Nike, and T-Mobile (transacting over 200 deals). Prior to brokerage career, he gained valuable experience in small business ownership and construction, notably supervising the design and construction of over 145 Cold Stone Creamery locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and into the Northeast. Joe earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University. Joe earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Delaware, and associate broker in Virginia and West Virginia, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
