Joe Farrell started his career on Wall Street as an oil trader on the New York Mercantile Exchange. In 1995 he developed and sold his first spec home in Brookville, New York. In 1996, Joe merged his Wall Street expertise, business acumen, and passion for construction to realize a new vision and create Farrell Building Co. in the Hamptons, the most renowned building company on the East End for over 28 years. Over time, the evolution of Farrell Building to Farrell Companies has been a natural progression based on the trust of his customers and his unique and innate ability to envision space. Now, with divisions across multiple states featuring custom homes, multi-family rental communities, for sale estates, commercial and storage facilities, Farrell has expanded into a diversified real estate and building platform.
