Joseph Farida got into real estate at a young age after seeing firsthand how business owners and property operators built and managed their portfolios across Michigan. That early exposure pushed him to get licensed as soon as he could and dive straight into commercial real estate with real intention. He established himself quickly through persistence, constant outreach, and a commitment to learning the industry faster than most. Joe is now with CMP Real Estate Group and studying finance at Wayne State University, bringing a sharp, analytical mindset to every opportunity he touches. His goal is simple: keep learning, keep grinding, and keep expanding his presence in Michigan’s commercial market.
