Joseph Cooper is an Equity Partner on our Industrial team in Dallas, deepening our platform in one of the most active logistics and distribution markets in the country. Joseph joins Partners following a distinguished career in industrial brokerage, most recently with SRS Real Estate Partners, where he helped establish and scale the firm’s industrial practice from the ground up. In under two years, he climbed to the top ranks of the firm’s producers nationally, finishing 2023 ranked #7 among roughly 200 brokers firmwide, with 44 lease transactions totaling 1.2 million sq. ft. and 11 sales transactions valued at $47.9 million that year—earning him recognition as a National winner in Connect CRE’s 2024 Top Broker Awards.
