Joseph Armenio
Joe Armenio has more than two decades of hands-on experience as a High Rise Condominium Property Supervisor, Board President and Treasurer — more than 15 of those years in key roles for Sudler. In 2008, Joe was chosen to lead Sudler Building Services, a value-add division, where he supervises, manages and supports properties, while also facilitating Sudler’s vast network of vendor contracts. Joe’s team focuses on vetting vendors in order to obtain the best possible value and highest quality service for Sudler’s entire portfolio of clients. He takes great pride in the work his team does to save associations money and drive value. With one project, Joe was able to save over $800,000 in an elevator modernization project; in another effort, he helped reengineer a chiller system to deliver dramatic savings, improve capacity and optimize temperature range. Joe’s bottom line is simple: Always look for ways to save money without compromising quality. Joe has earned the professional designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Hartford (CT), and a Master of Arts Degree (Distinction Honors) in Organizational Development and Human Services from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Joe also holds an Illinois Community Association Manager license (CAM). Originally from Connecticut, Joe and his wife love the relaxed, comforting nature of the Midwest lifestyle. He’s an avid book reader and hopes to fulfill his dream of skydiving.
