In 2015, he founded Urban Capital Strategies, the real estate development division of his businesses and has seen it grow year over year, steering the firm with the vision to one day become a large regional player. Urban Capital Strategies is currently developing +400 single-family residential lots, 2 commercial projects, and a large resort in southern California.
