Jordy Elardo

Jordy Elardo joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director in 2024. Actively representing both tenants and landlords, Jordy is responsible for managing lease negotiations, transaction processes, and business development opportunities. Previously, Jordy joined Colliers in September 2019, and he had successfully represented both tenants and landlords as clients in over 60 transactions totaling approximately 525,000 SF. With a focus on office leasing in Manhattan, Jordy has shown tremendous versatility, transacting across multiple asset classes in various markets throughout the United States. He has represented clients ranging from international Fortune 500 firms to high–growth technology startups. Having represented companies in various stages of development and across multiple industries, Jordy always keeps an eye toward finding unique real estate solutions tailored to his clients’ specific requirements and priorities. Prior to joining Colliers, Jordy held internships with CBRE’s Global Corporate Services team, MRP Industrial and St. John Properties, all based in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Socioeconomics, and a concentration in Public Policy. Jordy was a 4–year member of the Bucknell University varsity men’s lacrosse team and was involved in the Bucknell Real Estate Club. As a student–athlete, he was a member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
