Jordon Emmott specializes in multifamily brokerage, offering real estate marketing services for Institutional and Private Client investors. His professional experience in real estate and background in Law, provides him a unique skill set, appealing to a wide spectrum of clients. Since 2009, Jordon has been involved in over 500 multifamily transactions with a total transaction volume exceeding $5 billion. In 2021, he co-founded GREA, a National Multifamily Investment Firm, with 12 offices and 77 Brokers. GREA transacted sales volume exceeded $20 billion dollars the past 2 years. Before entering the real estate industry, Jordon was an associate at a Houston based law firm specializing in commercial litigation and real estate law. From this experience, he was able to learn how to analyze both sides of a situation, which in turn, had a direct effect on his ability to successfully close complex transactions. Jordon earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Shepard Broad Law Center of Nova Southeastern University and has a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and holds a Texas Real Estate license. While in college Jordon was an active member of The University of Texas Silver Spurs.
