Jordan Wheeler

Jordan Wheeler brings over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. He began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, specializing in Brokerage and Property Management, and over the years, has developed, managed, leased, and sold millions of square feet of Retail, Office, and Multi-Family properties both locally in Los Angeles and across several other states. Mr. Wheeler has overseen millions of square feet of retail space and managed construction projects valued at over $75 million. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed numerous lease deals with National and Regional Credit Tenants. Today, he leads JW Capital Management and MEI Real Estate Services in managing a full-service property management business and acquiring investment properties nationwide. Recently, JW Capital Management expanded its reach by acquiring MEI Real Estate Services, a move that significantly enhances the company’s presence across Los Angeles County. This acquisition strengthens JW Capital’s ability to serve clients with an even broader and more localized footprint in one of the country’s most dynamic markets.
