Jordan Weiss is a Corporate Managing Director in Savills New York office. Jordan is a dedicated advisor, working with clients to find real estate solutions tailored to financial and operational needs. He is process driven and assists in every component of a leasing transaction, delivering cost effective results for his clients. He has developed expertise in structuring and negotiating renewals, relocations, subleases and coworking agreements. Several of his transactions include Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A) Inc.’s 92,000 square-foot lease renewal at 200 Park Avenue (MetLife Building), Cogent Communications’ 48,000 square-foot relocation to 25 Broadway and The Nature Conservancy’s 19,000 square-foot early lease restructure at 322 Eighth Avenue. Other clients he has worked with include Gunderson Dettmer, VakifBank, Savoy Bank, Sircle Media, Cognizant Technologies, AG Jeans, La Prairie, Village Marketing and Cathay Capital. Jordan joined Savills in 2016 following a successful tenure at Cushman & Wakefield and Tri-Star Equities.
