Jordan has extensive experience in landlord agency, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and site selection. His team represents a variety of industrial product types such as flex, manufacturing, distribution, and IOS. Jordan has consistently been a top producer and during his career completed over $300 million in transaction volume. Jordan grew up in Spartanburg, SC, and has over ten years of industrial real estate experience and contacts in the area. He began his career with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company while attending Clemson University. During his time with Whiting-Turner, he worked with various Fortune 500 companies, specializing in industrial development. Jordan's background in construction allows him to assist clients in ground-up development and value add projects. Jordan and his wife, Jamie, enjoy the many outdoor activities that Upstate, SC offers in their free time. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, and fly fishing.
