Jordan Schack
Jordan underwrites hospitality investment sales at Hilco Real Estate, leveraging experience from JLL and Airbnb partnerships.
Jordan joined Hilco Real Estate’s asset sales team in 2022. In his role, Jordan is responsible for the underwriting of investment sales of hospitality properties across the U.S., including conducting financial analysis and due diligence on hospitality real estate assets on behalf of HRE’s valued clients. Jordan was previously with JLL hotels and hospitality in Chicago, supporting the asset management of a portfolio of full- and select-service hotels located in key markets throughout the nation. Before that, he spent three years with Airbnb in San Francisco as a strategic partnerships manager, overseeing the company’s relationships with hotel management group partners such as Aimbridge Hospitality, Pyramid Hotel Group, and Graduate Hotels. Jordan received a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
