Jordan Powell
Jordan Powell is a Vice President of Avison Young.
Jordan Powell joined Avison Young in early 2020 as Vice President having closed over $200 million in retail and multifamily transactions. Jordan assists landlords with the disposition of their retail, multifamily and hospitality properties. Joining Lisa Maki and Mike Jacobs on an already well-established team in the industry, Jordan will specialize in the sale of retail-anchored shopping centers, strip centers and single tenant net lease properties as well as multifamily assets. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jordan spent the previous six years working for several retail brokerage firms in San Diego, Dallas and Nashville. Born and raised in California, Jordan attended San Diego State University where he graduated with a degree in Finance.
