Jordan Oncay

Jordan Oncay’s passion is investment. He graduated with an MBA from Wilmington University in Delaware and went on to work in business, focusing on accounting. Jordan is a big believer in the upside of real estate investment, having bought his first two properties before he became an agent. In his four years with the Moran + Murray team, Jordan has specialized in working with investors and helping run the property management side of the business, although he also enjoys working with first-time homebuyers. For Jordan, each transaction is a chance to educate. His first-time homebuyer clients get a crash course in the fiscal implications of property ownership to help them understand how it fits into their future plans. He’s committed to running the numbers and finding the right deal for buyers, sellers, and investors alike. On the property management side, Jordan earns the continued trust of his clients with close attention to detail and pride in property. Jordan is a big sports fan who played baseball in college and continues to play in local adult leagues. He is a proud husband and father of one who enjoys the slower pace of life in his close-knit Wilmington community.
