Jordan Oliver

Jordan Oliver joined Real Estate Strategies in 2024 and specializes in both tenant and owner representation. He was previously a Director at Newmark. He has been able to provide creative solutions for clients in both developing and implementing strategic plans for their real estate needs. Mr. Oliver previously spent five years in the hospitality industry. He joined the Gansevoort Hotel group in 2005 and initially worked as the front office manager for the hotel. In 2008, Mr. Oliver helped open the Gansevoort South Beach Hotel, Spa and Residences in Miami Beach, Florida. During his tenure, Mr. Oliver was promoted several times; positions included project manager for the pre-opening team, front office manager and revenue manager. He gained a well rounded real estate experience dealing with the different contractors for the construction of the hotel, helping locate and retain the retail tenants for the property. He was an integral part of the executive team and involved in all matters pertaining to the operations of a full service resort. Mr. Oliver is a graduate from the University of Maryland at College Park and a member of the Commercial Industrial Broker Society (CIBS).
