Anchor & Pillar curates its development projects to serve as pillars for a re-activated downtown. Vibrant and thriving downtowns are critical for a community as they compete for talent and investment. Jordan Jones leads Anchor & Pillar as its Founder and Principal. Jordan has focused his career on community economic development across the Southeast. Jordan’s roots are in North Carolina where he was born in Fayetteville, completed his undergraduate studies at Wake Forest University, and obtained dual master’s degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill in public administration and urban planning. He enjoys visiting new communities and touring vacant buildings. Jordan calls Durham, NC home where he lives with his wife and two young boys.
