Jordan is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Services Team, bringing over 12 years of commercial real estate experience. She specializes in industrial tenant representation, assisting clients in lease negotiations, strategic planning, financial analysis and site selection. As a Raleigh native, Jordan’s extensive understanding of the Triangle industrial market allows her to help tenants achieve their goals by providing expert guidance and tailored solutions. Her strong negotiation skills, market insight, and construction industry background ensure creative solutions and favorable outcomes for clients. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jordan was a leasing representative with Merritt Properties, a regional industrial developer, where she focused on leasing Class A industrial facilities. Jordan’s experience as an owner/landlord representative offers unique advantages to her current occupier clients. She understands the priorities of both parties, negotiating effectively to bridge communication gaps, and provide comprehensive market insights. Jordan previously held positions as Vice President of Business Development with Shelco and Director of Business Development with Bordeaux Construction.
