Jordan Gaffney

Jordan Gaffney is a First Vice President in Colliers’ Downtown Los Angeles office, representing corporate office tenants throughout greater Los Angeles and nationally. Jordan is instrumental in helping his clients navigate strategic planning, workplace strategies, demographic analysis, acquisition, and disposition of their real estate. Jordan focuses his practice in representing office tenants in the media, technology, and professional services sectors, assisting clients to reduce costs, preserve flexibility, attract, and retain talent. With each client, he makes sure to have a thorough understanding of the client’s business, employees, and strategic direction in order to help them make the best and most informed decisions. Prior to joining Colliers, Jordan served as a Managing Director at Savills.
