Jordan has extensive experience with property acquisition, financing, disposition and business development. He has been involved in different aspects of Real Estate for more than 10 years. Jordan began investing in residential real estate in distressed areas such as Compton, CA with personal capital in 2009.? Jordan's passion is envisioning neighborhoods of the future and making people excited about where they live. People's lives are different than 50 years ago and their neighborhoods should reflect that. Jordan wants to create homes for a wide range of people and reshape the residential landscape.?? Jordan graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a focus in Economics in 2005, a Masters in Real Estate and Finance from NYU-Stern in 2007, and a J.D. from UCLA Law School in 2010. Jordan is a regular speaker at real estate conferences regarding investing and real estate development.
