Jordan is a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional with a diverse background spanning real estate, business operations, and competitive leadership. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at CBRE in Toronto, she brings over two years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, having previously worked as an Associate within the firm. Her role at CBRE highlights her strategic acumen and client-focused approach in one of Canada’s most competitive real estate markets. Before transitioning into real estate, Jordan was the owner of Ramparts Ltd., an independent grocery retail and transportation company based in Norman Wells, Northwest Territories. Under her leadership, Ramparts saw significant growth—achieving annual gross revenues exceeding $4.2 million and a 15% year-over-year increase in EBITDA. Her ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships was instrumental in expanding the company’s presence across the Sahtu region. Jordan’s entrepreneurial mindset was evident early on. In her earlier role at Ramparts Ltd., she led multiple property development initiatives, including constructing a permanent loading dock, a 60x30-foot heated storage facility, and expanding retail infrastructure. An accomplished team player, Jordan also participated in JDC Central, one of Canada’s largest undergraduate business school competitions. As a delegate for athletics, she helped lead her sports team to first-place finishes in both 2017 and 2018, contributing through team organization and coordination.
