Jordan Cohen

Jordan Cohen is an Associate Director at Lee & Associates NYC focusing on retail leasing. Specifically, Jordan works on both the Tenant and Landlord Representation teams. He has experience working with both mom-and-pop landlords as well as institutional developers. Some notable property owners he has served include Vornado, The Trump Organization, Brookfield Properties, Quadrum Global, Penn South Capital, and Midwood Investment and Development. On the tenant side, some of his notable clients include SA Hospitality Group, Naked Cashmere, Barnery Brown, and Chubby Group, among others. Before joining Lee, he worked at Capricorn Retail Advisors also focusing on Landlord and Tenant Representation. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Cohen ls licensed to practice real estate in New York and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”), Real Estate Board of New York (“REBNY”), and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
