Jordan Boin

Jordan Boin is a Principal in Avison Young’s Toronto West office. Jordan specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout the GTA with major focus on the GTA West submarket. After graduating with distinction from the University of Guelph, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in real estate and housing Jordan joined Avison Young. Prior to joining the company, Jordan worked in a variety of sectors within the Canadian real estate industry including; property management, finance, and property assessment. Jordan’s past work experiences give him the ability to advise on all phases of the transaction cycle from introduction to closing. Taking great pride in his work and having a genuine interest in generating the best possible outcome for his clients has allowed Jordan to deliver favorable results throughout each transaction.
